​Saturday, December 20th head out for an early morning walk with guides and help count the presence of birds in various parts of the Park for the annual data collection . ​

our monthly Rest & Restore class in the Canopy studio on site includes short guided restorative poses and a dually guided sound bath. Incredibly grounding & rejuvenating to your nervous system!
