Sound Baths at the Canopy

Rest & Restore in the Canopy studio on site includes short guided restorative poses and a sound bath. Incredibly grounding & rejuvenating to your nervous system! All necessary props are provided. $30 Venmo or cash to the guides. ​

Three Rivers Golf Course
The just reopened Three Rivers Golf Course offers 9 hole tee times and practice areas. Book your tee time ahead and enjoy a meal at the Ard Farckles Restaurant on site.
Did you know we have a yoga & massage studio on location?
Take advantage of daily classes overlooking the river. Mats & props provided. Book ahead for massage or sound baths!​
